AP&T will be participating in Automate 2026, North America's largest robotics and automation trade show, taking place June 22–25 in Chicago, Illinois. The event is organized by the Association for Advancing Automation and is expected to attract about 50,000 professionals from manufacturing, logistics, energy, and other sectors.
We will be in booth 35045 in the North Building to present our automation solutions for sheet metal forming – a modular-based program including press robots, transfer systems, stackers and gantry systems and destackers. Covering all steps of the process, from blank feeding to finished part handling, our solutions are designed to help manufacturers boost productivity and energy efficiency in both new and existing press lines.
With more than 1,000 exhibitors and a world-class conference program covering subjects such as robotics, AI-driven manufacturing, motion control, and vision systems, Automate 2026 is a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explore the innovations of the future of manufacturing.
We look forward to meeting you there!

AP&T will be present at Car Body Parts 2026, the international congress on materials and forming processes for car body production, organized by Automotive Circle. The two-day event takes place on June 23–24 at Dolce by Wyndham in Bad Nauheim, Germany, gathering leading OEM engineers, material experts, and technology providers for in-depth discussions on the latest developments in structural and outer-skin car body parts.
Dr. Michael Machhammer, Manager of Development Forming Processes & Tooling at AP&T Group, will deliver a presentation titled Study on dew-point regulation in multi-layer furnaces for mitigating hydrogen embrittlement in aluminized 2000 MPa press-hardening steel. The presentation explores the role of dew-point regulation in the furnace process and its significance for achieving reliable results when working with the latest generation of ultra-high-strength press-hardening steels.
The congress program spans a wide range of topics relevant to car body engineering and also features a parallel exhibition and networking opportunities throughout the event.
We look forward to engaging with fellow professionals and sharing how AP&T's solutions contribute to more efficient and sustainable car body manufacturing.
