As part of the company’s ambitious growth strategy, AP&T has recently reinforced its global sales organization with three new sales managers. With their specialist expertise and comprehensive experience, the new sales managers will play an important role in producing competitive production solutions that are optimized for customer need.
“Our aim is to continue vigorously increasing our sales in the coming years. To achieve this, we constantly work to fine tune our organization with the aim of delivering precisely the profitable solutions our customers need. Our new sales managers will provide strong support to our sales companies and cooperate with customers around the world,” says Magnus Svenningsson, director of technical sales at AP&T.
All three of the new employees were recruited externally. Two of them – Håkan Rydenborg and Andreas Silfversparre – worked in AP&T’s service organization earlier in their career.
“Both of these individuals bring new and valuable expertise in several areas, in addition to their existing theoretical and practical knowledge of our products and processes. This will give them a flying start – something that will greatly benefit our customers,” says Magnus Svenningsson.
With extensive experience of tool sales and production solutions from other companies, Anders Högbom has spent the majority of his first six months at AP&T visiting customers and getting acquainted with their needs.
“It has been a very instructive period that has given me a good idea of the challenges faced by our customers. With my new insights and the qualifications I bring with me, I hope to contribute to a positive dialogue with customers and productive solutions It is incredibly inspiring to be given the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and globally active customers,” says Anders Högbom.
