New AP&T mobile app making it easier for customers to get support fast

“Our new mobile app, AP&T Aftermarket Services, is making it easier for our customers to get in touch with our technical support quickly to get the help they need,” says AP&T's Christoffer Axelsson, project manager heading development of the app. 

When a machine suddenly and unexpectedly goes down, every minute counts. To get quick help to rectify the problem and minimize production loss, it can be practical to have AP&T support contacts readily available in your phone. The new app provides phone numbers and e-mail addresses to your closest AP&T support, as well as your agreement number, if any. 

“Simplicity is the whole idea. In an emergency, you shouldn't have to search for our contact details or your agreement number, which you need to get global 24/7 support. Help needs never be further away than the press of a button,” says Christoffer Axelsson.

The new AP&T Aftermarket Services app is available for download in App Store and Google Play.
